To apply this background:
-Log in to your blog
-Save all elements on your current blog (any links or friends blogs you have on the side of your blog) as they will be erased!!
-Click on the Template button
-Go to Pick New Template
-Save Minima as your new template
-Click on Edit HTML
-Select all the HTML and delete it all
-Go to: Toodles
-Copy all HTML (except the blue text at the very very bottom)
-Paste Toodles HTML so it will show as the current HTML in your blog
-Save your template and you're done!
After you have applied the new background, you can go to Template and then click on Font's and Colors to customize your page even more. Enjoy!

Isn't there a way to do this without killing my codes and stuff I've added? I have no idea how to save it all except I guess individually cutting and pasting to a document then reversing once the switch is made? I want a new look but I'm scared to make the change. Also, how do I make my blog have columns for text on both sides? I'm using blogger too.
